Exercise Log 1.14.15 (Dev Day)
Dev Day, cycle 2.
Kind of a weird dev day, since I wanted to do deadlifts but also wanted to do bench press and arms. I wanted also to do rear delts, but fatigued a little early so cut that out of the workout. Deciding to move rear delt work to DL/SQ day, where most of my back exercises are. Feels appropriate there.
Deadlift: 1) 4 @ 285lbs. 2) 4 @ 285lbs. 3) 3 @ 300lbs. 4) 2 @ 310lbs. 5) 2 @ 320lbs. Failed a single rep at 345lbs, although I want to note here that this was beltless and I felt I could have forced it up, it just wasn’t good enough form to feel comfortable doing so, but I could have repped it out I feel no problem if I wanted to let the form get sloppy. No real risk of straining anything, but my body right now rejects movements if they get too erroneous just out of habit.
Bench Press: 1) 4 @ 160lbs. 2) 3 @ 165lbs. 3) 3 @ 155lbs. 4) 3 @ 155lbs. Plus a drop set of 8 @ 135lbs.
Bicep Dumbbell Curls: 5 sets of 5 ea. @ 35lbs.
Chin-ups: Very erratic sets. First 6 reps, then 3, 4 & 3.
French Press: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 50lbs.
Was done by this point, just fatigued from the lifts. I attribute this to the quantity of sets of deadlifts, just spent a lot of time in that and felt it unusually taxed my central nervous system.

Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
