Exercise Log 1.7.15 (Squat & Bench Press)

Squat & Bench Press day, cycle 1.

Squat: 1) 3 @ 180lbs. Sets 2-4) 3 @ 195lbs. 5) 3 @ 205lbs. 6) 3 @ 210lbs.

Bench Press: 1) 6 @ 145lbs. 2) 6 @ 145lbs. 3) 6 @ 150lbs. Interesting part of this was my calculations put me in the middle of both weights for what I should do, so I did some INOL calculations to decide the last set should be a little extra heavier to make the intensity/exertion where I had planned. Great mathmatical calculation.

Angled Leg Press/Calf Raises: 4 sets of 8 reps presses / 12 reps raise @ 320lbs.

Front Squat: It’s been a while since I did any of these. After some rough math I determined my front squat training max should be a little above where it was before and picked a suitable weight to work at, and it was hard to keep the form solid, but I haven’t done them in a while so that was to be expected. 1) 4 @ 155lbs. 2) 4 @ 145lbs. 3) 5 @ 135lbs. 4) 5 @ 135lbs.

+ 2 mile treadmill run, focused on periods of faster runs.

Socialism WORKS!

Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
