Exercise Log 2.26.14 (Bouldering!)
2.26.14
Went bouldering again tonight, put in some more serious work this time. Tried a few new obstacles and actually did more properly feel the workout. Today is arm day, so it’s suitable to go bouldering as a substitute. Will shore up anything else on my arms tomorrow on dev day.
I keep meaning to take photos, but forget. Also the 25th was a rest day, took care of some chores and saw some friends for dinner, had a great time. I did treat my body right that day though, used the day as an excuse to get a lengthy massage and then stretch my whole body out extensively at home.
