Exercise Log 11.12.13 (Arm Day + Cardio)

Kind of late for me today not quite sure why so I’ll try to make this a short log. Today was arm day and I decided to keep it real basic. I did warmups, then my first exercise was heavy curl bar curls superset with hip presses (4 sets 8 reps each exercise). Then I did fully supinated/pronated dumbbell curls superset with tricep kickbacks (4 sets 8 reps). Then I did 21’s superset with french presses (4 sets).

Cardio came mid-workout, got in 3.5 miles at a respectable but somewhat below par pace. Then I resumed the arm workout with some concentration curls (with forced negatives) superset with tricep dumbbell extensions. Finally I was going to do rope machine over the head bicep curls superset with tricep pulldowns on the rope machine, but the gym was so busy I was asked to work in with another guy. So I just did the tricep pulldowns to keep my sets simple, then I finished biceps with some chin-ups (3 sets 7 reps each). I was failing the last few reps of my sets there, so I felt like I was finished.

No fancy meanderings tonight, time for bed! Hopefully better more insightful workouts in the days to come, although I will have Thursday and Friday as rest days so there’s that.
