Exercise Log 11.5.13 (Arm Day + Cardio)
Okay real quick log before I head to bed, tonight was a bit hectic because I went to work at a store across town as a temporary thing that I get the pleasure of repeating tomorrow. Anyways, today I got a fantastic run at dusk done in Monroeville Community Park, 3.5 miles intended to go further but it became hard to see as the park lights didn’t go on (for some reason) after it got dark. It was refreshing, got the blood flowing and the fall park was beautiful at dusk. As the sun set it was blood red in the sky, and there were hints of all the seasonal colors throughout.
After the run the gym was stupidly busy and I decided I needed to work out at home instead. My normal rotation is legs today, but I decided to put off legs to tomorrow and do arms instead which I can do with the equipment I have at home.
Quick log of the home arm workout: warmup, 21’s w/curl bar superset with french presses (4 sets, 8 reps for french press, approx. 64lbs), fully pronated/supinated bicep curls (8 reps) superset with tricep kickbacks (8 reps) @ 30lbs (4 sets), underhanded bicep curls w/curl bar (10 reps) superset with overhead tricep presses (10 reps) @ 54lbs (4 sets), behind the head bicep curls (required laying laterally, kind of strained my neck a little to do the sets not recommended but I don’t have a rope suspension machine to do a similar curl standing upright) 6 reps superset with tricep overhead dumbbell presses 16 reps (3 sets). I’m pretty sure I’m completely omitting another superset, but I only had so much time to do the workout and didn’t write it down, that combining with a long day and me being tired is leading to a case of forgetfulness. It was enough though but I was disatisfied with the weight levels chosen for many of the exercises… should’ve dropped the weight for a more concentrated focus on a few exercises.
Okay short and sweet, hopefully tomorrow I get the appropriate amount of time to do and log my leg workout and I’ll be back on track.

Socialism WORKS!
Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
