Exercise Log 10.13.14 (Dev Day)

Dev day, cycle 2.

Overhead Press / Overhead Trap Shrugs: Sets 1 & 2) 5 reps both exercises @ 75lbs. Sets 3 & 4) 4 reps both exercises @ 90lbs. Sets 5 & 6) 3 reps both exercises @ 95lbs.

1-Armed Cable Shoulder Flys: New exercise, liked this a lot. 3 sets 10 reps @ 20lbs.

Arnold Press: 4 sets 10 @ 25lbs.

Bicep Cable Curls: 4 sets 10 @ 80lbs.

Chin-ups: 3 sets 6 reps.

Very Close Grip Bench Press: I gripped the bar much closer in than usual. This felt okay but my shoulder made some uncustomary snapping sounds. I think my shoulder just sounds like that now though. 4 sets of 8 reps @ 95lbs.

Cable Tricep Kickbacks: Easily my favorite tricep exercise. 4 sets 6 reps @ 40lbs.

Face Pulls: 4 sets 10 reps @ 100lbs.

Rear Delt Flys: 5 sets 10 @ 20lbs.

Trap Shrugs: 4 sets 10 @ 225lbs. These felt real good, don’t do these that often. In fact I got sidetracked during the workout (as you can tell a lot of sets to keep track of) and I think I did one extra set of these that I’m not logging just because I kind of spaced it and lost track.
