Exercise Log 4.6.14 (Chest Day, No Cardio)

Unfortunately lost this log. It was okay, this was a post-birthday celebration workout so I was a little hung over and not quite as productive in the gym as I’d have liked to be. Didn’t get a good burn at all.

For the record though, a workout did happen on this day for chest. Pretty standard workout, no new plateaus in fact I had a problem pressing 165lbs due to the generally weaker hung over body response. That sucked, but it happens, not every workout is an optimal one. These logs are sometimes more for personal record keeping than anything.
