Had a 6 mile run up the massive hill on Northern Pike Highway while waiting on some car work. Have a strained right glute, probably from the workout the day before, think my last rep on the front squats was poor. Going to take it easy to facilitate recovery.

7.15 mile run in Frick Park today. Gorgeous weather, great run! Afterwards, had 2 hours of bouldering at the Climbing Wall gym, so a pretty full day for fitness for a non-lifting day.
Today was a double cardio day, had a nice calm 3 mile hike through Boyce Park, then ran the Electrodash 5K today, it was very short of a 5K something like 2.36 miles. Cardio only today, had a great run at Monroeville Community Park today clocking in 6.14 miles, really great weather. Day off from lifting, so just ran to keep busy.
