Exercise Log 10.27.14 (Deadlift & Squat Day)
It made more sense for my weekly schedule if I swapped my dev day for the first day of my next cycle, so this workout is actually Deadlift & Squat day, cycle 5.
Deadlift: A particularly good workout, felt great and set a new PR! Set 1) 4 reps @ 275lbs. Set 2) 4 reps @ 290lbs. Set 3) 3 reps @ 300lbs. Set 4) 2 reps @ 310lbs. Felt real good and just wanted to try something fun so went for a PR, it was a rough pull that had more lower back rounding than I had hoped but it was a good pull otherwise. It fatigued me for a couple days, though, I’ll note. Set 5) 1 rep @ 330lbs. 1 set of 30s static holds – 5 reps.
High Bar Back Squat: Set 1) 3 reps @ 160lbs. Set 2) 3 reps @ 170lbs. Set 3) 2 reps @ 175lbs. Set 4) 1 rep @ 180lbs. 1 set of 30s static holds – 4 reps.
Lateral Pulldowns: 4 sets of 10 reps @ 135lbs.
T-Bar Rows: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 115lbs.

Socialism WORKS!
Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
