Exercise Log 7.1.14 (Deadlift & Front Squat Day, No Cardio)
Deadlift & Front Squat Day. Beginning cycle 2, basic hypertrophy.
Deadlifts: 1) 10 reps @ 195lbs. 2) 8 reps @ 230lbs. 3) 8 reps @ 245lbs. 4) 5 reps @ 260lbs.
Front Squat: 1) 12 reps @ 115lbs. 2) 10 reps @ 130lbs. 3) 8 reps @ 140lbs. 4) 3 reps @ 150lbs. Noticed the poor form really badly here. Decided to fix it. Issue namely is squat depth and back not being upright enough. Tilting forward too much.
Lateral Pulldowns: 3 sets of 12 reps @ 120lbs.
Seated Rows: 4 sets of 12 reps @ 120lbs.
Bent Over Rows: 4 sets of 12 reps @ 115lbs.
Skipped the run despite making a genuine effort lately to try to include it. Just had time constraints.
