Exercise Log 4.16.14 (Dev Day, No Cardio)
This workout was dev day, which is for now squat development (to keep my legs lifting hard, since I substituted leg day for “half training run” day until the end of April) and triceps (to make up for arm day’s lack of tricep work). Both workouts were great, and had a great time.
First squats & legs…
Front Squat: 3 sets 5 reps @ 145lbs. 1 set of 5 reps @ 155lbs.
Angled Leg Press / Calf Raises: 4 sets of 8 reps presses / 10 reps raises @ 360lbs.
Back Squat: 3 sets 5 reps @ 165lbs.
Standing Lunges: 3 sets of 8 reps each leg @ 40lbs (dumbbell pair).
Stiff Legged Deadlifts (w/Dumbbells): 3 sets 10 reps @ 40lbs.
Next was triceps…
Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extensions: 4 sets of 6 reps @ 60lbs.
French Press: 4 sets 8 reps @ 60lbs.
Rope Cable Pulldown: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 90lbs.
Despite the low volume of work, I felt a good burn from the tricep workout.

Socialism WORKS!
Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
